Our Services
At Normed, we always go the extra mile to meet your needs. We offer solutions in our region with both precise and fast sheet metal work. Our experienced and dedicated team produces metalwork to the highest standards and the most precise requirements. If you have a project in mind, contact us today and we will be happy to show you how we can help you bring it to life.

Design and Project
When it comes to metalworking, a test run can predict and prevent costly errors. Building a prototype means testing your design concept before moving it to an expensive assembly line that produces hundreds, perhaps thousands, of parts.
Using our state-of-the-art automation software, 3D CAD modeling and CNC (computer numerical control) facilities, we will work with you to produce your sheet metal fabrication prototype quickly and cost-effectively. With our confidence, can-do attitude and problem-solving abilities, we are confident that there is nothing you throw at us that we can’t handle.
CNC Laser Cutting
CNC (computer numerical control) laser cutting uses computer technology to accurately cut and punch holes and shapes into sheet metal. Our laser machines are equipped with software that converts your product design into numbers. These numbers are then read by our laser machines to produce many different sheet metal parts.
At Normed we only use the most precise and powerful laser cutting machines, with 6 kW power and a 1500x3000 mm processing table we can process up to 25 mm thick st37 material and up to 10 mm thick 304 and 316 Stainless material with a perfect cutting surface.
With the combination of 3D modeling, CAD/CAM software and Laser technology, we can machine a sheet metal part in minutes. Our technicians can expertly create a wide range of components from circles to squares and more complex shapes to your specific instructions.
If time, precision and budget are important to you, Normed will be the perfect partner for you.

CNC Bending
CNC bending, sometimes referred to as CNC forming, uses the same computer numerical technology as CNC punching to bend flat sheet metal into a specific shape. A simple example of this would be forming a 90-degree right angle to create a corner bracket.
Traditional machines used for CNC bending are called press brakes (or brake presses). These machines can transform sheets of tens of meters long by bending them and creating new shapes. With our Baykal brand 120-ton part-molded machine, we can bend and shape materials up to 6 mm thick. Our skilled technicians have thousands of hours of experience using these machines and will give you confidence in their ability to produce your precision parts.
We also use radius tools and swan neck tools to produce channel forms and various internal bend radii.
One of the key benefits of CNC bending technology is reduced cost and time for manufacturers, suppliers and end users. Components with multiple bends can be produced in minutes with reliable accuracy.
Source
With our years of experience in welding, we work on different projects using a variety of metals including stainless steel and aluminum. For structural welding projects, we can weld mild steel up to 20 mm thick.
We can help you decide if sourcing is the right choice for your specific project.
Modern techniques allow us to weld even the thinnest metals without compromising strength or integrity. We use two well-known techniques; TIG welding and MIG welding.

Assembly
Once we have created your components using a range of sheet metal techniques, we come to the all-important assembly phase. During assembly, welding, bending, riveting and bushing can be carried out to achieve a high-quality result.
If we are working with you on a prototype development, the assembly phase is particularly important. Our assembly technicians test each part and evaluate how well they fit together, giving you complete confidence that your prototype is ready for series production.
Thanks to our many years in the industry, when it comes to sheet metal fabrication projects, there is not much we cannot assemble. Our assembly lines are equipped with high quality machinery such as rivet guns, bushing guns, stud welders, press brakes and fly presses.
We are confident that we can provide you with the service you are looking for with our state-of-the-art production facility, which we are constantly investing in.
Paint
As the final touch of the products we produce, the quality of the paint shows the perfection of the entire work. In this case, of course, we pay more attention to the paint than necessary.
We do this in two ways;
Electrostatic Powder Coating: Powder coating is at the heart of our strongest area of expertise. We have a growing presence as a testament to our capabilities in this area. We powder coat all products that can fit into a 1500x1500x3500 mm oven.
Wet Paint: The surface is cleaned and putty is applied to the required areas. After the sanding process, the final touch and perfect appearance is given to the product with paint.
